For as long as I can remember my Mom has made homemade pizza for Halloween (and still does). I am one of 8 kids and we always had homemade pizza, cider, & donuts every Halloween. Then we were off with our Pillow Cases (our sacks) to go Trick or Treating! When we were young she use to have all the kids around over for Halloween parties. They would set up apples for dunking, we had corn stalks all over and pizza, cider, & donuts for everyone. All the moms would help.
Now my kids have grown up with the same traditions – even their friends look forward to homemade pizza, cider, and donuts on Halloween. They even like to come help make the pizza.
Do you have Halloween traditions? I would love to hear some of your Halloween Traditions.
As I have said before I don't get too many Trick or Treaters for Halloween as I don't live in a development. So I like to make special treats for those I do know.
This Owl treat bag is not my own design. I think I spotted it on a blog a few weeks ago but I never took down the information as I knew I would remember how to do it with my own twists. I am thinking I remember her name to be Mary. If you read this and know that you designed it – Please email me so that I can give you proper credit. Thank you!
This owl was made with SU's Exclusive Top Note Die. I made my owl a girl as I was giving this treat bag to a sweet girl of a friend of mine.
I hope you like this project.
