Hi Everyone ~
I have been wanting to try my hand at making the gorgeous paper flowers I have been seeing. They are really fun to make and look great on 3D items.
With prom in the air I thought these flowers would make great embellishments for a picture frame for my daughter's prom picture. Earlier this month she attended her Junior Prom and I need a frame for her picture!
