Aprons, Creativity, and a Fresh Start

Happy New Year!!
I am feeling grateful, refreshed, and excited to be back in my studio creating.
These hand-painted aprons are a reminder of the JOY that comes from making something personal and meaningful.

Aprons have continued to sell well. This past week we celebrated two birthdays and I decided to put together themed gifts for each. They are both at that fun age where being in the kitchen and learning to cook and bake is so much fun. Along with the personalized aprons I painted for them, I included a couple of kids’ cookbooks, and a heart-shaped cupcake pan with sprinkles – a fun bundle for them made with lots of love!

 

DecoArt SoSoft fabric acrylics are my go to when painting on fabric. They worked great on these Denim Aprons.

They don’t crack, peel, or harden, and come in a wide variety of colors.

Aprons can be washed on cool water temps and dried on low.
