Hi Everyone ~
I hope you are having a good week. I am looking forward to the weekend. We are picking up Matt on Saturday for his Spring Break. I can not wait to see him and have him home for the whole week !!
I can not take credit for our third card. This is the 3rd card from our Stamp Class last Friday. I totally cased (copy and share everything) this card from a fellow demonstrator. I spotted it late one night on our Stampin' Demonstrator Site. Since I didn't save it or print a copy I can't remember the Demo's name. I am sorry about that. I will continue to search for her name and post as soon as I find that.
I have to tell you it is a beautiful card in person. I fell in love with it I hope you do to ~
The picture does not do this card justice. The vibrant Concord Crush is stunning against Crumb Cake.
We used the Big Shot to emboss the first layer – using the Framed Tulip embossing folder adn adhered that to the card front (also of Crumb Cake). Then embossed a piece of Concord Crush using the Vintage Wallpaper folder.
Once you emboss it we brayered this piece with Concord Crush ink – using our rubber brayer and Classic Ink.
Then punch out 8 petals using Build a Blossom Punch to create your blossom!
In this close up you can see we used our bone folder to add dimension to our big bold blossom!
Hope you enjoy this card as much as we did.
