If you don’t already receive my newsletter now is a great time to sign up for it. It will have all the latest Stampin’ Up! promotions, tips, techniques and a new feature highlighting a different product each month.
I will describe its features, benefits, other tidbits about it. I will show samples of how I use it and answer any questions you may have.
This month I will be featuring the new Stampin’ Up! Rub-ons.
The were introduced first in the Spring & Summer Collection and have appeared in the Sale-a-bration Mini and most currently in the Occasions Mini.
When the Spring & Summer Collection came out in January I ordered myself a set of Rub-Ons. They peeked my interest and I though they would be fun to add to cards.
Well like many things I order they got put away and never used. It was not until I saw Rub-Ons being offered again in the Sale-a-brations Mini Promotion. It was a new set and with the addition of a sheet of Old Olive in the pack.
I interest was peeked again and I had to have them. But this time was different and when they came I actually opened the pack and started to play around with them.
I started out just using them on cards as you saw in previous posts. They were a fun addition and really easy to use.
As I began playing with the Rub-Ons I looked around my stamp room for more things to apply these Rub-Ons to. It was not hard at all to come up with some fun things to use.
This is a little tin – similar to an altoid mint tin. I had a few extra from a project I am planning for my Stampers’ 10 Club so I thought I would see what I could come up with.
I just love the new Designer Series Paper in Occasions Mini ~ it is simply gorgeous.
I used the designer paper here to create a belly band around the tin and applied the Rub-On flowers to either side.
It really was a quick and easy project and will make a great container for little note cards or tags.
Stay tuned for more pictures of items I have used with the Rub-Ons.
Thanks for stopping by ~ Don’t forget to get you Rub-Ons today so you can create beautiful projects too.
