Finally…

Hi Stampers,

It looks like it is finally here…we are getting out much needed rain.  We had a very dry winter and spring.  The ground was so so dry and fires have been bad in this area in the past couple of weeks.  Todays rain is so welcomed. 

It gave me some time to finally get a few things done in the house that I have not been able to get done. 

Have you seen the the Retired List yet?  Oh WOW…so many stamps are retiring!

While that is sad ~ it is also exciting to anticipate what is coming!!

Today I created a card using a set I LOVE ~ Heard from the Heart

Heard from the Heart is a stamp set that we will have to say good-bye to come May 31, 2012.

I attached the bitty flowers to this card using the big shot and the square lattice embossing folder.  A fun technique and easy to try.
