I have heard that people were unmounting the Stampin' Up! jumbo wheel – Friendly Words and cutting it into many individual stamps. I love this wheel and have thought what a great idea that was. What I did was order a second wheel – that way I could cut up one and leave one intact.
This is a picture tutorial for you to see how I unmounted mine ~
Step one: Separate the rubber from the wheel. I thought this would be hard – it was so easy. All I did was find the seam and pulled it off – I went slowly at first. It came off easy and fast.

Step three: Begin cutting out the phrases you want.

NOTE: Be careful not to cut too close to your phrases.

As you can see in the picture above I only pulled back the backing so that I could fit all my stamps (12 in all) on it.
Step six: Trim around each piece of red rubber creating your individual stamped phrases.
Step seven: Once they are all cut out – pull the backing off each stamp. Now they are ready to use. The back of the stamp is black and has a strong cling that will stick to acrylic blocks for easy stamping.
Email me and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
Stayed tuned to see what I create with my new phrases!
