February 1st to March 17th ~ Stampin’ Up! is having their annual event SALE-a-bration!
One of the perks of being a demonstrator is we get to preorder some sets so that we get a chance to play with them before anyone else!!!!!!!!
I used the Sale-a-bration set "So Many Scallops"
This set has 4 images that you can use the Scalloped circle punch with.
Here I made a goodie bag using the Happy Birthday stamp image in the set. First I used the 1 inch circle punch to punch out the candles and Happy Birthday, then you slip it into the scalloped punch and punch out the (green) flower image. I layered that on with a dimensional for a great look.
The goodies are mint patties with a scalloped punch on the bottom of the candy and the stamped image (using the scalloped punch) for the top.

These are fun and can be made for any holiday or occasion!
