Now for some stamping news~
Summer Stamp Fest – Basking Ridge, NJ
This weekend was our Summer Stamp Fest held at the beautiful Dolce
Hotel and Resorts in Basking Ridge, NJ.
We were at this hotel back in
February for our winter event ~ Winter Wonderlude.
At these events we (my Stampin' Family of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators) get together for a weekend to share ideas, tips, showcase samples, attend classes, and catch up with each other. Our group of Demonstrators span across the US and it is at these events that we love to get together.
At this one I was a presenter which took me a bit out of my comfort zone. Why you ask? Because I was presenting Computer related material. Showing different ways that demonstrators can use their computer to help their stamping business. I had two different classes I gave so I was presenting on both days of the weekend. I have never given a class on computers before. So this was a challenge for me to say the least.
Aside from my presentations, we had several others. We had demonstrators showing us different ways to use new products, sharing techniques, and tips. There were a few business related classes. All in all it was a fantastic weekend. This group of demonstrators are amazing. The displays of samples were wonderful and we even has a few sessions of Make n Takes.
Below is one that we created ~
OWL Bookmark
I didn't have a book handy so I put him on our 6 x 6 scrapbook.
Have you seen our new Owl Punch?
Oh my…he is so stinking cute!
I can't wait to play with him some more…the possibilities are endless.

These bookmarks are wonderful for those of us that still read 'real' books! I am not sure it would work well on the Kindle or the Nook! LOL
Happy Stamping ~

Your presentation was great! No worries!
