Where do I begin – it has been a while since I was able to post. Let me fill you in a few things that have been going on in our lives.
It has been busy here with my youngest turning "16". She had her party this weekend – They danced for hours. Thursday she will make her confirmation – it has been a busy month for her.
On a much sadder note we got some very sad news today. My cousin passed away this morning. It has taken us all by surprise. She was fine last week – working on her home doing some remodeling jobs herself with the help of her sister. It just happened so fast we still don't know all the details. Please keep her husband, children and grandchildren in your prayers. This has been very hard on them.
I don't want to leave you on a down note so I have a project I was working on last week that I wanted to post for you to see.
I have loved working with the Big Shot and the new Matchbox Die that is being released this week in the new Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog. It is just the cutest little box. After making a few I had the idea that I would love it just a bit larger to hold regular size cards.
This is what I came up with ~
The ribbon pull was created using the Jumbo Brads on page #174 and Taffeta Ribbon. It makes a cute ribbon pull.
The box holds 4 cards with envelopes.
The center of the flower is made using the Build-a-Brad kit on page #174 – $9.95
I am sorry to say that this gorgeous Chocolate Ribbon has been retired.
Hope you have enjoy this project.
Email me or call to place your order for supplies you might need to create this wonderful Card Set.
