Hi Stampers,
Hope you all enjoyed a very Merry Christmas. We had our Annual Fish Dinner on Saturday, Dec 23rd this year. Our Annual Fish Dinner has been my family’s tradition for ever. It has definitely evolved over the years but still a much anticipated event for everyone. Fish, Fish and more Fish, Family, and Santa…what could be better. I grew up with this wonderful tradition, my children did, and now they are sharing it with their families. I hosted Christmas Dinner at my home this year. We switch Holidays every year and this year was a year to spend it with our in-laws but my mother in-law was sick so we had my parents over this year. Waking up to a White Christmas made our day!
I wanted to share with you one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! Products. I am loving the Stampin’ Up! kits. They contain everything you need to create beautiful cards and projects.
The past month or so have been crazy busy and I relied on the Water Color Kit to complete my Christmas Cards this year. I had limited time to create and using this kit helped. I didn’t have to do any extra thinking, I just followed the directions and created these beautiful cards.
The kit had the supplies to create 20 cards: 4 designs, 5 of each. Aren’t they gorgeous? They were easy and fun to put together. Watercolor Christmas stamp set was the coordinating stamp set that I used.
Here is a card I made using the stamp set:
My life is unlike many….crazy busy trying to get everything done. That includes finding time to create. Creative downtime is my way of unwinding and distressing. I need that time for me. And the results of that time are beautiful handmade cards, scrapbooks, and projects. I have my Craft Room set up so that my 5 FUNdamentals of Stamping are within my arms reach.
What are the 5 FUNdamentals of Stamping? You can find out by signing up for my Mailing List. Fill in the Mailing List box at the top right and you will receive my 5 FUNdamentals of Stamping for FREE.
