This past weekend I attended my Up/Up/Up/Up line’s "Spring Fling". It is a gathering she has for her downline to share ideas, tips, & techniques. It is especially fun to go to because if gives us a chance to get together and chat and catch up with each other.
The highlight of the day was "Chipboard"! Stampin’ Up! is offering 25% off its chipboard this month with a $35 order! What a great time to try it if you haven’t used it yet. And if you have used it now is the time to stock up. I know I am. I just love their Chipboard.
Stampin’ Up! has tons of different shapes and size pieces. They have Accents, Blossoms & Basics, Book Basics, Ginormous Pieces, Lots of Letters, Simon Lower letters, Simon Upper letters, Clipboards in 3 sizes, Bitty Books, & Art Journals in 2 sizes.
Stay tuned this month for tons of samples.
If you don’t already receive my newsletter – Now is the time to sign up. I feature a product each month and offer its benefits, tip and techniques on how to use it, along with samples.
It is simple to sign up – just fill in your email address in the box at the top left of my blog and you will be put on my mailing list. It’s that simple. I do not share you email with anyone.
Did you think I forgot about the Money Envelope?
This is one of the projects we worked on on Saturday. It uses Stampin’ Up!’s long envelopes.
Don’t you just love the tag on the front belly band. It is from Stampin’ Up!’s chipboard collection.
I covered it with Designer Series Paper here and sanded the edges. The Happy Birthday is a Stampin’ Up! rub on! Doesn’t it look great?
This is a view with the belly band off you can see the flap on the center panel. That lifts up and you insert your money gift in – like a tri-fold wallet.
Here you can see the flap is up.
Hope you enjoyed this project.
Chipboard can add so much to a project! There are so many ways to decorate it.

Have a stampin’ good day~
