The Polka Dot Punch set is one of my favorite Sale-a-bration sets. All the stamps in the set work perfectly with our punches. Here I used the Polka Dot Punch stamp set with the scallop circle punch, Delicate Dots designer series paper, and the Ribbon Bundle to create this card…
I used the 1-1/4" circle punch by stamping a second scallop design in Certainly Celery and punching out the center. In the center I use the new Corduroy Buttons. I love the extra texture it added to this card.
