Hi Everyone ~
Hope you are all able to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend. It is simply a gorgeous weekend for Easter.
This week I am continuing to work on an album I am creating for my mom. She celebrated her 75th birthday (a few years ago) and I never put all the pictures into an album for her. It is amazing how the days turn into weeks then months and years and still the pictures will sit.
This year when Stampin' Up! introduced their My Digitial Studio I knew it was my way to catch up on over due scrapbooking. Don't get me wrong I love creating the albums with all the paper, embellishments, and photos the traditional way. I just decided to pick a few of the many events and create albums using My Digital Studio. It will give me a chance to play with this really great program and at the same time get my memories preserved.
I did go back and change the cover and first page I created a little bit. You will see those changes in a few weeks as I finish up this album I will show it to you page by page.
I am hoping to have the book completed and sent to the printer in time to give my mom the album for Mother's Day.
Here are two more pages I created. I am actually using an album template that comes with My Digital Studio. I have changes the pages to suite my tastes but the templates are a fun way to create an album.
This page highlights a photo of my mom and dad with all of my siblings. There were so many people taking pictures ~ I guess the person that had my camera was to the side when taking this one.
This page was created with Whisper White so it looks endless. Sorry about that. This page highlights my dad's brothers and their wives.
Have you started working on preserving your
family memories? Now is a great time to get started. My Digital
Studio is the perfect way to get started.
