Happy Monday Stampers ~
I have had such a nice weekend here in Vermont. Sad to see it end. We will be heading back to New Jersey this morning with a pit stop at the King Arthur store on the way out of Vermont. Anyone who loves to bake would absolutely love this store. King Arthur makes flours – a ton of different flour. The store is just full of baking supplies, pans, gadgets. You name it they have it. They bake bread there daily along with a variety of goodies for you to try. It is delicious!
They also host a bunch of cooking classes there. Wish I lived closer ~ I know I would take some of those.
I wanted to show you a technique I did last week for my class. I am not sure it has a name. I used the daisy die for the big shot (the medium one) ~ cut out of a thin cardboard. Lay it on cardstock ( I used Whisper White) and sponge with ink around it. I used a sponge dauber but a stampin' sponge would work.
Here is the finished card (one of them) ~
Here is a little picture tutorial of how I accomplished the background.
It is quick and easy to create this daisy background.
To place your order for supplies needed for you to give this background a try ~
