1. Punch top of paper bag using Scallop Edge punch.
2. Layer self-adhesive oval die cuts. Tie crochet thread through Riding Hood Red button and adhere button to die cuts.
3. Punch hole in layered die cuts using Crop-A-Dile.
4. Thread Riding Hood Red 5/8" striped grosgrain ribbon through hole and tie around front of bag.
5. Create confetti with card stock and crimper.
