Trash to Treasure…

I was cleaning out some stuff – getting rid of clutter.  Spring Cleaning I guess is what I was doing when I spotted these refrigerator magnets.

Here is a picture of what I found and was about to throw away!It’s a wooden disk with a cute saying on the front and magnet on the back.  A little dated looking – but I am thinking I could do something with that.   So naturally I need what any true crafter would do – saved it. 

Well this past week I pulled it out and decided to play with them.  I had two.  Now I wish I had more. 

I will have to check out the dollar store to see if they have any.  I think that is where they originally came from.

A little modge podge and some Designer Series paper and I had these two done in a flash.

What do you have lying around that you can turn from Trash to Treasure?
