It felt so good to get back to some stamping today. First I had to clean up my stamping space a bit before I could get started.
I had spotted this cute Circle Bag on Chiaki Haverstick’s website before I went away. I fell in love with it. Chiaki has some great projects – check them out.
I followed Chiaki’s directions ~ I just added my own touches.
Here is my version of the Circle Bag.
Stamp Sets: Polka Dots & Paisley, Polka Dots & Petals
Paper: So Saffron, Whisper White, Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, & Petals & Paisleys Designer Series Paper
Grosgrain Ribbon: Tempting Turquoise, Apricot Appeal, Regal Rose, & Whisper White
Wide Organdy Ribbon: White
Brads: Tempting Turquoise & Apricot Appeal
Metal heart thank you charm: Unknown
I loved creating all the different note cards to go in the bag.
I will put 6 note cards & envelopes in the circle bag all of which are Happy Birthday and Thinking of you cards. I will use the Thank you card with the charm to write a note in to my friend receiving this gift.
It is an overdue thank you for her help hemming my curtains. We have been friends for a long time and she is always there for me! I wanted to make her something special. I will treat her to lunch and surprise her with this small token of my appreciation.
Well maybe now it will not be a surprise! I was just so happy with the way it came out I wanted to post it today.
Thanks for stopping by today – hope you like this cute gift bag and note cards!

Love all your stuff…but this circle bag is just too cute! Will have to check out the originating site for the directions. Great job!
