Hope you like some of the new products that were highlighted in the 25 products under $25 flyer. I know I will be ordering those gold gift boxes. They are going to be fun to decorate for gifts. I am even thinking they will make great favor boxes too.
Today I have a challenge for you so don’t forget to check it out below.
I wish I could be free as a bird to do as I wished everyday…don’t you? Lately I have had so many responsibilities that some days I feel so overwhelmed I don’t know what to do first.
Take a look at a few of the cards I created using this set and a couple of Stampin’ Blends…
Don’t be afraid to color the birds. We have so many options to color in our stamps. For these samples I choose Stampin’ Blends.
No fancy technique – just applied the lighter color first and then added just a little of the darker color at a time until I like they way it looked.
A quick note: Free As A Bird Stamp Set is part of a bundle and if you purchase as a bundle with the Stitched Nested Label Dies you will save 10%. I love that!! Check out that stitched label I stamped the branch with the birds on. Pretty right?
I used the Stitched Label die on this card as well. It’ a 9 piece die set!!
Pretty simple cards with a few layers and some coloring.
Today, I challenge you to create a few cards using Free As A Bird stamp set (or if you don’t have it use any stamp set) and create a card using a few layers, some coloring (what every coloring tools you have) and add a sentiment, THEN comment below and if you can attach a photo of your card.
*If you can’t attach a photo of your card, leave me a comment describing your card and email me a copy of it.
I will be posting random samples of everyones projects that they send me (with their permission) on my blog and FB page during the month. If or more like when your card or project gets posted (with your permission – so you will know when it will appear) I will mail you a Stampin’ Surprise gift from me as a Thank You for participating in my challenge!!
