I never realized what great therapy stamping really was for me. It did wonders for me these last couple of days.
Here is one card I made this week.
This was a fun card to make.
First I took a strip of card stock about 4-1/2" x about 8" and scored it at 4" – folded it on the score and then took out my coluzzle and cut out my circle.
When I placed my coluzzle on the folded piece of CS I made sure that on one edge on the folded side I let the template hang over just a little bit. I did this so that the circle would then be a card. At that point where the coluzzle hung over you do not actually cut through your card stock. I hope I am making sense. Feel free to email me if you need to. Once the circle is cut out you have a circle card that opens – I let the folded side be the top. That way the card would open from the bottom and the card would hang like an ornament. That way whoever receives it may use it as an ornament.
I decorate the front very simply as my brain was on overload this week. I stamped the base card, stamped my image on white CS and attached to ornament and trimmed it to fit. Used sticky strip and applied dazzling diamonds to give it some sparkle! I used the rounded punch using gold paper and added brads, eyelets and a gold cord!
Simple and easy~
I think if makes a great Christmas card. How are your Christmas cards coming? Have you started yet? I would love to hear if you are stamping for the Holidays.
Thanks for stopping by~

Oh Annette! I’m so sorry to hear of what’s going on. I pray that God will gather your entire family close to Him as you take it one day at a time. Hang in there friend.
Many Blessings,
Melissa
