Hi Everyone ~
First I have to apologize for not posting my scrapbook pages on Saturday for my Scrapbook Saturday post. We have so much going on here. With the terrible rains we have been having my 3 year old roof is leaking into my living room! Yikes. Thankful the rains have stopped. Just waiting our roof guy to show up.
Today my daughter goes for her driving test. Praying for her as I type that she passes. She is 17 today! Happy Birthday Samantha – I love you.
My husbands car is not well at all. It needs to be replaced but we were hoping to get a few more months out of it before trying to figure out what to do.
There is so much more going on here but you came to see some stamping and creative ideas to get inspired so I won't go into my world right now. If you can find it in your heart to keep us in your prayers as we tackle each issue seeking God's Wisdom I would be thankful.
Today I wanted to show you a finished Rag Purse that was handmade for me by a fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator – Lisa Lange. Lisa did a fabulous job on my purse. I knew I was not going to have the time to create my own so Lisa was kind enough to take an order from me for one. I picked out my material and she began sewing!
Didn't she do an awesome job on it? Lisa even created a piece for the inside bottom to give the purse some stability. I loved the way it turned out so much that I dug into my stash of quilting material and what I like to create 2 purses myself.
This is what I will be working next ~
I am not sure I will have a big enough block of time to create them in one sitting so they will be a work in progress for me. What do you think of the 2 sets of material? I can't wait to get started on them.
It will be a nice diversion from everything that is going on here. Like my stamping (therapy)! I can't tell you how good it is to have stamping and scrapbooking as hobbies. It is wonderful to escape and create even for little bits of time during the day!
I will be posting my progress on my rag purses as I go so come back often to see how I am doing.

there is nothing like God’s wisdom. and sometimes it seems several things land in our laps at the same time 🙁 isnt it wonderful to know He is in charge of it all? i love it that so many of my bloggers also love the Lord. He has promised, and He is faithful!!!
